Alexa is one of the oldest tools you’ll see online today. The California based company is actually a subsidiary of giant Amazon. Recently, Alexa got a new look.
What is Alexa?
Alexa is a collection of data on browsing behavior, new content, and web traffic for over 30 million websites. This data is collected from users that utilizing the Alexa toolbar. The toolbar is available for Chrome, Firefox, and IE.
Alexa provides traffic data, global rankings and other information on over 30 million websites.
Lower is better with Alexa. The lower your number the higher the ranking of the site.
