Ahrefs provides a large index of live links that gets updated every 15 minutes. It can display new and internal links as well as linking domains, anchors and the best pages of a particular domain.
This tool has its own index containing information on trillions of websites. Important pages are visited more often.
It also has its own crawler which goes over billions of web pages on a daily basis. In addition, the domain crawling activity is now faster and made more regular.
Another feature of Ahrefs is its batch analysis. This allows users to check and compare a list of domains or urls for backlinks with several hundred other urls or domains. The metrics will then be shown in a table which offers options to either sort and export.
The team behind Ahrefs said their mission is to help people discover competitive backlinks to improve their website.
Ahrefs is a paid tool but offers a free trial for 7 days.
