Anymeeting is another addition to the web conferencing tools available online. It is ideal for small businesses and has a range of features to ensure a seamless web meeting every time.

This tool offers both free and paid plans. Its features include video and audio conferencing, screen sharing, recording of meetings, chat, phone support and sharing on social networking sites. It is mobile friendly which means tablet users who are on the go can always attend webinars wherever they may be.

Web meetings via Anymeeting can accommodate a small group or a large group of up to 200 participants. By creating an account on the site, one is automatically provided with a conference call number and PIN codes that can be used by participants either on the phone or via their computer when they attend your webinar.

This tool is easy to use as it has the ability to send email invitations, create custom registration forms that will allow users to gather information about their attendees and display recordings of previous meetings.

For presentations, PowerPoint slides and PDFs can be accommodated. This will make it easier for your participants to follow the topics you are discussing during your online meeting.

To get the word out about your webinar, a user can choose to promote it on Facebook and Twitter using Anymeeting’s social media integration feature. On the public profile section, it is possible to show the Facebook badge, Twitter feed and LinkedIn profile.

Users also get a standard personal meeting URL which they can use on their blog or website. This can also be included in a business card.
