Asana is a tool for collaboration of dispersed teams, it allows a team to designate tasks on a central database. Teams have the power to check up on how tasks are coming along, have conversations about roadblocks, and organize without emails back and forth! This is an absolutely essential tool for organization of tasks, if used creatively the tool can also be a great resource to manage client interactions.
With large teams on many projects organization is breeze. Separate tasks by project, team member, or deadline. Asana has recently added an Android app and can be used together with several other apps by integration.
