Capture, Annotate and Share Screenshots

Awesome Screenshot is a screenshot tool. It can be downloaded on Safari or Firefox, and it also has a Google Chrome extension. It’s a free download that doesn’t require creating an account. Once you have it set up, it’s very easy to click the icon and take a screenshot. The add-on makes great screenshots of entire web pages or just visible parts of the page, and you can edit the screenshot before you save it.

Awesome Screenshot allows you to take pictures of your browser window and then edit and annotate the image with shapes and text. To use the extension you begin by taking a screenshot of the entire page, or the visible portion of the page, or just a selected area of the page. It makes it easy to add annotations to images – You can add boxes, circles, arrows, lines and text and you can blur out sensitive information as well. Once you have the image how you like it, you can save it to your computer, or share a link to your image through social media.

• This tool is easy to use, once you have downloaded this tool it will show up on your toolbar and then taking screenshots is just a click away.
• You never have to leave your browser to take screenshots, you can click on the Awesome Screenshot icon and then select from the three options made available to you, and select accordingly to the screenshot you need.
• You can add arrows, rectangles, circles, lines and text in screenshot.
• The Blur option lets you hide any sensitive information in the document.
