• Blossom’s interface has stages, which shows the process the product has to go through before it is complete. You can edit the stages as per your requirement. It has a virtual kanban board, which lets you spot bottlenecks and helps speed up the process.
•  It lets you set Work-in-progress (WIP) limits to keep track of the workload at the stages you have set. You can easily set WIP limits by clicking on any stage and then the drop-down and selecting “Work In Progess Limit”
•  With the Time in Progress (TiP) charts they help you visualise with the graph, when a certain feature was shipped and how long it took to complete since its inception. It provides a great retrospective for future projects.
•  With the daily digest emails you can stay up-to date, as this tool sums up all the important progress made during the last 24 hours in the project and emails it you automatically. It shows you all the details so you remain updated.
