Callfire is a virtual call center and offers a free trial membership to help you to learn it. It is one of the choices you have when you need software to send out voice broadcat messages to a phone list, or even text message broadcasts. It works well with an Excel speadsheet and offers various other features such as an IVR system, much in line with their claim they want to be your cloud call center.
I have used Callfire before and found it to be a reasonable choice in both price and functionality, although I did have find it necessary to call their support line for help with a voice message broadcast for a campaign I once ran. I found their technical suport helpful and useful.
Once you get past some of the technicalities of understanding Callfire you will likely find it is very useful and affordable if you have a message to phone to a long list of people but very little time to call them.
The dashboard is very easy to understand and will give you the progress of your campaign towards completion.
