Care2 is a social network for people who are online activist. This site launched in 1998. This site provide user to submit petition about recent event around the world mainly which are related to nature like forest ,wild life or animal.

Like others social network care2 also allow user to create profile for their identity but this profile contain more information about their activist life than others social network . This network help to connect individual person to keep connection to each others for similar issue which they are working with.

This site has more than 21 million user. This site feature include , Member profiles and groups to facilitate social networking,Petitions created and promoted by Care2 in partnership with nonprofit organizations,”Click-to-Donate Races” to generate donations to charities (from ad sponsors), just by clicking,Petitions that any citizen can create and distribute etc.
Others small feature are- Free E-Cards , Blogs, Free photo sharing, Email newsletters and “e-alerts” about various issues such as the environment and human rights.
