Chronotek is a telephone timekeeping system which can be used to manage, track, and report on employees assigned in remote locations. To use this tool, users just clock in by using the 1-800 number, and this data is immediately available via an easy to use web interface.

Chronotek also has a mobile version which supervisors can use to track employee data from any web enabled mobile device.

Other features that can be taken advantage of are its employee scheduling option, customized alerts, reports and two-way voicemail.

Chronotek is a paid tool but it offers a 30-day free trial for those interested to find out the efficiency of the system.
