ClickMeeting is a web conferencing software that lets users easily conduct online meetings and webinars whether at home or in the office.
This tool makes it easy for participants to join a meeting or webinar as they don’t need to download any application.
It also has a chat translator which means it can translate a meeting’s transcript into 52 different languages. This is done through Google Translation.
One of the most notable features of this tool is that it allows users to customize the layout of their meeting screen to match the colors and theme of their business.
Additionally, it has a whiteboard functionality which allows a presenter and participants as well to draw anything and point out the highlights.
The application is also compatible with various types of webcam thereby allowing participants to view each other during the meeting. Video screen resolution can be adjusted for better viewing.
To allow participants to easily join a meeting or webinar via their computer, ClickMeeting uses a VoIP system. With this technology, participants only need a mic connected to their PC as well as speakers and headphones to hear the presenter and communicate during the meeting or webinar with great ease.
