Draugiem is a social networking website which mainly used for communication. For using this site user must have to register. But the registration process is not easy because a person can only register this site if he got a invitation for a register user only.This site launched in 2004. It is the largest social networking website in Latvia with approx. 2.6 million registered users.
How a user can invite others user?
To invite a friend who has not yet registered online, the menu under register user profile picture , then user have to click on “My calls” then “Invite your friends” then fill in the invitation form.
The website plays an important role in the everyday life of internet users in Latvia, and is frequently used as a communication tool instead of e-mail.
