eFax is a cloud-based program that allows you to send and receive faxes from any platform, tablet or smartphone without using a fax machine.
Using internet access and an email account you can send and receive faxes from anywhere you have internet access, including with your mobile device. Faxes are sent and received in a digital format instead of the more traditional paper method.
How it Works:
Sending faxes; you simply create a document as you normally would, log in to the eFax website, input the recipient info, attach your document or image and send.
Receiving faxes; when a fax is received you will be notified with an email. The faxed document will be attached. Open the attachment as you normally would open an email attachment.
Transparency; your customers and clients will never know the difference however you will be being able to send and receive faxes anywhere, anytime you have your pc, mac, or mobile device.
Equipment; there is no need for special equipment beyond internet access, an email address and an eFax account. You do not need a fax line or a fax machine.
Fax Numbers; efax will provide you with both a local and toll-free fax number to give to your clients and business partners.
Distribution; with eFax you can designate up to 5 email address to use with your account.
Fax Number Transfer; if you have an existing fax number you can designate your existing number as your fax number.
