Eventspot is an online registration system developed by Constant Contact, an email and marketing system. The events app helps promote your events by posting it to your Page, where your fans and visitors can register for it and start discussions.

Apart from its online registration feature, it also allows users to add other items that requires payment of fees such as social events, meals and even merchandise. What makes it a standout is the fact that it offers a lot of functionality while maintaining its simplicity.

Eventspot also offers 152 built in themes and allows customization of a theme. The header, images, font, colors and buttons can be modified according to what suits your brand.

This tool that utilizes ticketing and mobile technology makes the check in process during events simpler. Organizers can easily tell by the tickets of attendees whether they can enter the venue without payment or they still need to pay at the door.

In addition, this system has a mobile app that can scan QR codes on attendee tickets.

Eventspot is ideal for use by small businesses, non profits and organizers of small conferences and workshops. It is a paid tool that charges a monthly fee of $20 based on the number of events you are hosting. There are also upfront fees for setting up of an event registration, event invitation, event homepage and complete event setup.
