HeyLets is a free social media mobile app that lets users share the things they want to do. It keeps track of a user’s interests and provide information about what people nearby are experiencing and talking about. It is most suited for the iPhone and Android.

With the HeyLets app, users can post a photo, provide a short description in 180 characters and upload it to the network. Users can also search for popular trending experiences in cities across Australia and receive push notifications when they are near a location of interest.

What makes HeyLets different from Twitter and Instagram is its ability to analyze content, location, category, profile and interest of the user who submits the recommendation. Users are also allowed to follow friends, experts and celebrities whose experiences they find inspiring.

A brainchild of Australian entrepreneurs Justin Parfitt and Dean Kelly, HeyLets was launched in 2013 as a social media app that focuses on the experiences of users.
