A Performance Management Daily Overview Of The Team’s Productivity

iDoneThis is a simple productivity app to help keep your team focused and accountable to goals. Each day you receive an alert on your mobile device or in an email asking you to spend a few seconds to list what you accomplished. Once you reply, the tasks are added to your iDoneThis calendar and it can be emailed back to you the next day.

This isn’t your traditional to-do list app. The goal is to inspire you to do more today by looking back at all you accomplished from the iDoneThis calendar. It’s very easy to use and can help you build a habit or routine of accomplishing a task every day. It is a great way to motivate you and your team members to accomplish all your tasks for the day.

Let’s take a look at some features of this tool, which helps teams to increase their productivity:

•  The Impact graph lets you see how much you and your team members have got done. As you keep mapping with previous days, it motivates you to finish more work so you can see in the graph how much you got done at the end of the day/week.
• If you miss a day, you will see – no entries for today and the app will send you a daily reminder, it is a great feature to get you going towards your goal of ‘Done.’
•  You can also set future reminders along with a specific time that you’ll be notified. The developers describe it as sending a “message to your future self.”
•  The word cloud is generated by the words most commonly used by each person in the group when entering information on their assigned task. If you are trying to complete a joint project, this is a great visual way to see where each person stands.
