Interakt Helps You Convert Engagement Into Revenue
Interakt is not just any ole customer engagement tool. It’s a platform with all the bells and whistles to help you tranform your customer engagement into paid revenue and sales.
Lead Capturing. The app will help you capture leads in every possible way. You can set up the live notifications to capture them, import them, divide and segment them.
Viewing and Analyzing Data. Not only can you capture the leads, but this cool aspect will give you analytics on how the folks who entered their email on your lead capture form uses your website as long as they are logged in.
And being logged in simply means that they have already entered their email in your system.
Email Marketing Automation. Capture the lead and immediately send them a welcome email.
Live Notifications on your website. Notifications is a trendy term for popup ads, welcome bars that guide you to another page in the website.
Live Chat and Help Desk. Whenever you are logged into Interakt, you have the option of providing live chat services to users on your website.
You can set up hours for team members who work or just log in randomly. Your choice.
The Help Desk is another trendy term for the Contact Us Form.
How To Get Started.
Sign up with your email, Google, GitHub or LinkedIn accounts and choose which plan you want. They have a free option as well as paid plans.
Once you are in, click on “Add New Project”. Then click on the settings or gear icon in the bottom left corner–that is called Project Settings. Double check and make sure you have filled out your basic settings.
Next step is vital–if you don’t do this or you skip to go set up emails and live chat, you will find yourself in a hair pulling situation:
Integrate Interakt with your website. Under Project Settings you will see this sidebar on your top left menu. “Blog” is the name of a temporary project we did.
On the Integration page, you will see a tab with two options. You have the options of integrating the app with your website through HTML code or using a web service.
Whichever you decide, just follow the instructions to fully integrate with your website. Now, if you are signed into your account, you may not be able to see some of the features like the popup notification.
There is a guided step by step setup process in the top right of the page–do this part after you integrate so there will be less confusion.
That guided set up will take you through setting up all your features for your website.
Along with a 14 day free trial for all their paid plans, Interakt also has a free plan.
