last.fm is one of the largest populated musical based site.It was founded in 2002 in UK.Last.fm has a special feature “audioscrobbler” which actually recommends the music keeps the listening history.Anybody can join in this page as account.User has own homepage where he/she gets musical stuffs in his/her taste.
This site contains also numerous social networking features and play artists which is is similar to user’s favorite and can recommend.The site offered formerly a radio streaming service,and which was discontinued on 28 April 2014.
The free user account access to all the main features . Registered Users are also allowed to post in the Last.fm forums, send and receive private messages and use the Last.fm client music player. For users who are living outside the US, UK and Germany, the radio service will require a subscription for €3.00 per month after reaching 50 track free trial.
Last.fm allows user to create groups with based on similar genre of music,fans of artist etc.Events are functionally added in the site,Users just spcifies the location and radius from the location and provide suggestion that user may want to see the area.
