images (1) LinkedIn is one the most popular business-oriented social networking site. It is mainly a professional website for making branch to one another.It was founded in December 2002 and launched on May 5, 2003.In 2013 LinkedIn acquired more than 259 million users in more than 200 countries.

People can register on this site easily having the list of registered users who somehow have connection with a different degree of relationship with him/her.Any user can send invitation to another user for adding in connection list.In this site this is used as term of “network”.If invitee lecets “i don’t know” or “spam” that will go against the inviter. If it counts high account could be restricted or close.




LinkedIn opened up an “application platform” in 2008. In november 2010 Linkedin allowed buisness and services for company page.People can recommend the products and services and write reviews.

LinkedIn also allows the group to discuss as similar interest.There is skills feature to showing the skill status. Influencers feature allow user to list up influencing people.

Mobile version apps are available for LinkedIn site.
