MentionMapp is a cool Twitter app that maps out who you’ve been talking to by tracking your @mentions. In the image above, I’ve mapped out @MQTodd so you can see who he’s been chatting with on Twitter and how it looks.

See the spread of any username or hashtag mentioned on Twitter and view how they relate to other topics and users.

To use MentionMapp, you can actually zoom in and out of a map that generates. Then click on a name or hashtag and the map will again recenter and expand.

For larger maps, you can click and hold to drag around the map when you are zoomed in.

With this tool, you can see your Twitter network and those of other users.

The benefits of using MentionMapp:

• The ability to map what and who Twitter users publicly tweet about
• The ability to see clusters of users within larger networks
• The ability to see different users who tweet about a topic
