Formerly known as Nitrogram, Totems is an analytics and marketing platform for Instagram.

A powerful tool, it is capable of pulling in 3,000 of the last photos uploaded on Instagram regardless of the account or trend.

Instagram users can log in to the site free of charge. Once on the homepage, it’s easy to add the number of accounts you want to keep track of.

For every account, you will be provided with a data analysis. This contains statistics such as the number of photos taken, the number of people who have liked or commented on the post as well as the number of people who been reached collectively via the uploads. Analyzing hashtags is also possible.

Another great feature of Totems is its ability to create galleries from the Instagram photos. Users can then sift through the images, highlight specific ones to showcase and then customise the gallery itself as a grid or slideshow.
