Opera is a web browser. There are quite a few posts in Web Tools Wiki about Opera apps, but this post will cover the bookmarking organizer in Opera.

In Opera, instead of a  basic bookmarks bar,  you have the option to create drag and drop folders on the homepage. Most other browsers open up to Google or some other search engine when you open a new tab. Opera opens up to a page with all your organized bookmarks and a Google search tool. It looks like this:

Opera is your free visual bookmark and to use it, you simply click the heart icon to bookmark a site. And if you’re just switching to Opera now, you can still import your bookmarks and other data from your old browsers. The latest buzz is that Opera now lets you share your bookmarks with friends.
