Hotjar is an analytics tool that lets you see how visitors are using your website. It records what every website visitor does to collect feedback and is capable of converting your visitors into customers.

Hotjar features several tools that provide insights that will help you improve your website’s content and design to drive more traffic. Its simple interface includes heatmaps, session playbacks, polling, surveys, chats and funnel analysis.

Insights gathered by this tool are stored securely in cloud and can be accessed any time straight away.

Hotjar is strongly recommended for designers, developers, product mangers, digital marketers, analysts and agencies and consultants.

It is a paid tool but offers a free trial. The plan already offers unlimited users and insights.
