Are you looking for a way to send business cards to people and want to do it the digital way? The Spincard app is the perfect choice.

The app houses all of your social profiles and associated contact information, but to exchange it with other Spincard users you simply share your “spin,” the unique code that identifies you. The recipient will then receive all of your details by typing in the six-character code.

You don’t have to share anything more other than your code. This way, people will no longer keep asking for your email, your phone number, or, more recently, your Twitter account.

The exchange of business cards is increasingly on the decline, as are email addresses and phone numbers. Many are simply telling people where to find them within a particular app, social network, or some other technology platform. Spincard may be on the right track. Getting people to form the habit of exchanging “spins” could be their only challenge.

And by the way, it’s free to download the Spincard app. It’s available on the site as well as on the App Store and Google Play. It’s also available on iOS and Android at no cost.
