Google Drive is cloud storage tool that lets you access your files using any device anywhere you are and store them in a safe place. It also lets users collaborate with other people without having to email files back and forth.

Files that can be stored on Google Drive can be of varied formats from documents including PDFs to images, videos and recordings.

File sharing is also a breeze with drive. Simply use your Google account login to access your files in Drive and share them with collaborators. Invite people and decide how you would like them to have access, whether to view only, download or edit your files. There’s no need to download anything.

Google Drive is free to use and you can store files up to 15 GB.
