Tweetchat is a tool that allows people to connect with each other via Twitter based on a specific topic.
By using hashtags, people talking about the same topic will be directed to a chatroom where they can connect with each other.
When joining a particular TweetChat room, every tweet automatically gets the hashtag while the chat rooms updates as well.
To joint a Tweetchat, one simply has to be logged in to Twitter at a designated time and use the specific conversation hashtag. Once in the chat room, you can immediately engage with the other people talking about the topic.
When you have gained experience as a participant, you can eventually host your own Tweetchat. Important things to consider when you decide to host are to choose an interesting topic and promote it in as many ways as possible.
Recently Tweetchat introduced a new feature called Fave pages. This feature gives you a place to share your favorite tweets from any hashtag You can explore what other users have favorited in any hashtags as well.
