SwitchApp lets you find jobs and chat with recruiters and hiring managers once you have matched with them. This app suggests jobs for users and then gives them two options – to like the suggestion or pass on jobs.
Connecting with recruiters is done in an anonymous manner and you can only reveal your identity once you feel the job suits you. It is only then that you can chat with the hiring officers to learn more about the company.
SwitchApp also allows its users to create an anonymous profile on LinkedIn to show to potential employers.
