VictorOps is a tool that allows on-call management. It lets users manage IT on-call schedules and set up custom alert notification policies. It also lets you collaborate with your team like never before.

VictorOps collects all of the data from your monitoring systems into a timeline feed. This way, you are aware of how your infrastructure is performing at a glance and see what’s up with your team and what they discussing.

Incident notifications can be received through its mobile apps, SMS messages, or an actual phone call.

With VictorOps, you can chat with team members right in the app. You can also easily find the most up-to-date contact information of your team members.

This tool offers a free plan that allows for up to 10 team members with an opportunity to upgrade to a paid plan. A free trial is available as well for those who want to test the tool.
