- Last Update:

Scheduling the workshifts of your employees has never been easy. Thanks to When I Work, employers and HR people can now schedule the work of their employees and track their time using mobile devices. It is also possible to send the schedules via text message updates.

This free mobile scheduling app for Android and iPhone is a real time-saver as it gives managers and employees access to the schedule anytime and anywhere they may be. Also included is 2-way text messaging which allows employees to accept open shifts and request their schedule via text message.

Users can also activate the Attendance feature and let your employees use the mobile time clock to punch in from their smart phones. Another option is to set up an iPad as a terminal. Then you will be able to view from which location your employees clock in on the map.
