UserVoice is your three-in-one tool that offers, feedback, help desk and knowledge base tools. UserVoice Feedback let users collect and prioritize feedback from customers allowing customers to post issues or suggestions while the others can vote the feedback up or down. The program has various subscription plans, including a free starter plan.

UserVoice Helpdesk, on the other hand, is a support tool that allows companies to track and respond to customer issues. Customers, for their part, can thank the support person who responds to their ticket by giving them “kudos.”

This software employs gamification techniques in order for UserVoice to provide customers with higher quality responses. The program also offers “Instant Answers,” which allows customers to see other relevant answers as they write their question.
